Michelin PS2 Rear Tires
I was looking at my Eckler's Catalog and they sell Michelin Pilot PS2 upgrade for the rear tire. Says it fits the stock 10.5". The size is 315/30R 18. Has anyone put this rear tire on there stock rims on there Z. Just woundering if they stick out, and if the gap between the tire and fender is more than stock. Thanks for the replys.

I have the 315's out back
PS2's run slightly narrower than other tires, so they fit perfectly....they say 315 is the widest you can go on a 10.5" rim, so that's what i went with
there's really no bulging, it looks nice and meaty
i can snap a picture for you tomorrow if you want

I would like to see pics... or better, are you going to the Block GTG on Sunday? I'd love to see 315s on stock Z rims up close if you're going to be there. I've been thinking about doing this but I haven't been sure that it'll work.

Jesus my bad, I didn't even know there were two different Pilot Sports available. These tires came on the car when I bought it. I would expect though that Michelin sizing is pretty consistent between the two.

No, my Z06 is not tubbed. What you see is PS2 315/30s on the OEM 18" wheels. As much as I would like to tub the car to accommodate 355s I won't as I'm saving up for a silver C6 convertible upon which I'll have the C6Z fenders mounted. Then a little something under the hood to keep up with the C6Z.
