02 Z06 Impressions
Well, I finally took delivery of my 02 Z06 last night. Only have about 35 miles on her yet. First of all, this car sits pretty high from the factory. Higher than my 2000 coupe did. The first thing I did last night was lower it as far as the stock bushings snd bolts would allow. I will definitely need more, but I wanted a quick fix last night. I didn't even want to drive/show it to anyone until it was lowered somewhat. Second: Wow, the exhasut sounds great! I had a bassani X pipe and B&B sports on my coupe and it didn't sound nearly this good. Third: the ride is surprisingly smooth. I guess I can attribut this mainly to the supercar tires compared to the EMT's. I haven't really been able to get on it yet so I can't really talk about performance. Only Another 465 miles to go....

Check the tech tips section. There are detailed instructions in there on how to lower it. Takes less than an hour!
