Default what to add to stock stereo system

I would like to add something to the stock radio system, I found the aux plug with the green/orange wires under the pass side panel. What can you easily hook up to it other than a factory changer?

Satellite radio?
ipod?

Thanks

You might want to ask in the car audio section, somebody will probably help you out over there.

if you want just a BOOST in the sound, you could add a subwoofer and amp without changing out the stock radio.

I added a Bazooka 10" subwoofer and amp, mounted in the center rear compartment. $200 later and the stereo sounds great

If you added just an amp to that 'aux' connection, would it boost sound to just the front, rear, or all speakers? (Hopefully not too dumb a question... )

Anybody know how to get the BASS to work?? I bought my Z new in 02 and the sound system is so bad we drive without the radio on rather than the all treble scratch.

You should be able to push on the bass **** and then the **** will pop out and you can fine tune your bass. The **** is on the right side of the radio.

if you connect to all it should boost the sound to all the speakers.

I put JUST an amp in my 72 coupe and it bumped it up a bit, but it didn't have the DEPTH that the subwoofer and amp combo does in my Z06

The only way I could get the bass to work was add a subwoofer. The only way to really hear the music was to change the speakers. And I added an amp.

To add bass, u can add an amp and a stealth box (JL Audio). You need to run it off one of the front speakers, though. The rear speakers are limited in the frequencies they produce. This fits in the rear center compartment and comes with a cover. I wouldn't change the speakers unless u change the head unit and add an amp.

Tried that first thing. Didn't work. So I guess I'll just leave the radio off or put in a CD.

Welcome to the world of Blose!! I yanked my stocker 2 weeks after the car rolled off the lot. Pain in the butt to replace all of it but sooooo worth it. The C6 systems sound much better.
