Re: picture of dash without heads up display (pdykinga)
Let me rephrase this, if you do not get the heads up display, what is on the right side of the dash.
Thanks

The 1SA dashboards are perfectly smooth, with no trace or outline of an HUD layout. There is no template there, if that's what you're getting at.

Re: picture of dash without heads up display (Tony_C5_04)
I wanted to get a 1sa but I had concerns, one of my previous vehicles had few options on it and it had blank plastic plates covering the spots where the switches for the options would be, it looked terrible. I wanted to make sure if I got a 1sa, there would not be plastic plates everywhere on the dash :)
thanks!
thanks!

Wow.
Just remember, the 1sb package is only $1200 more than the 1sa. some people pay close to that just for the HUD upgrade after the fact. I don't think I could drive my car w/o the easy entry/exit and telescoping steeringwheel. makes it alot easier to get in/out of the car in some situations.
in any case, whatever you want is what you want.
Cheers.

Re: picture of dash without heads up display (pdykinga)
There is no hint of where the HUD would be on the drivers side of the dash. There is a plastic plate over where the controls of the HUD height and page would be, just to the left of the steering wheel. I don't notice them missing when I'm behind the wheel.
