Default Stock or urethane swaybar bushings

I’m going to be adding a set of z51 sway bars to my car and wonder if you all are using stock bushing or urethane?
Pro and cons?

I have the Z51 and switched to Red Urethane last year.. It's a subtle difference...But it makes for a firmer ride.. Not harsh at all.

Make sure you grease em real good..
I got them from LG Motorsports pretty cheap..
