I got this awsome set of tools and can't leave a damn thing alone .To this date I have not burned down the house or blown the car up so I guess I am doing pretty good :lolg: :lolg:

Its one big long project..ie a hobby.....typically I do functional/go-fast mods only.

I mod my car with both performance mods and cosmetic mods simply to provide an amazingly clean and detailed car with something that can and does go pretty fast.
Folks sometimes just shake their heads at the fact that someone would run/race something that looks so pretty and are impressed at how clean the car is with the many applications the car participates in.

Two words really: Stock Sucks.
I mod everything! All of my cars have been modded. I even started modding the girlfriends BMW! (that got mixed reviews by the way...)
My Ninja was modded when I had it. My next vehicle will be modded too. Looking at a SUV for trailer/people hauling duty. It will get wheels/tires, tint, and a bunch of audio/video stuff.
Hell, I even mod my mods!!!!!!

I like my cars to be personalized.
Some of the things I've added should have been stock from GM -- rotors that don't warp or rust, wheels that don't look like sh$t, a shifter that doesn't take all day to shift gears...............

I would have to say the reason I do most of my mods is because I read about them on this forum. My original intention was to keep the car stock, then one day I searched for 'corvette' on google and 'www.corvetteforum.com' came up -- the rest is history...
