Default Speedo not working

After I replaced the clutch on my 03 Z06, the speedometer didn’t work. I found out I didn’t plug in the VSS. I plugged it in, no luck, replaced the VSS, no luck. The VSS plug looks fine.

Now my speedo is pinned; won’t sweep on startup or with my scanner, and HUD does not register a speed either.

Any ideas?

You will probably have to inspect the wiring from the vss connector to the pcm,

Any luck on resolving the problem? It occurred to me that you may also have overheating problems since the pcm will not turn on cooling fans if your speedometer is pegged high.
