Default Adjustment to tune?

1999 A4
My car has recently underwent a cam swap, diff heads and a tune.
The tune was done by HP Tuners.
Is it possible to read the tune and even edit the tune with another program like Tuner Pro (which my friend uses)?
Looking to see if I can add timing and remove fuel from certain areas, and also raise the shift points.

As long as you didn't install a custom operating system with HPT, yes. What you should really be doing is upgrading to the newer style PCM and monkeying with that tune.

No, either the 512kb or 1024kb 411 PCM as they're called. The C5 used 3 different PCMs in its existence. Did you say whether or not you had emissions testing?
