Default C5 '03 sway bar bushing help - stock sway bars MM sizes help

I'm figuring mine are shot due to various issues I'm having (and hearing, at 130k miles) and even if they're not the problem, they're cheap and easy to replace. It's strictly a daily driver and 'mountain racer' at times.

But I'm not sure of my front and rear sway bars MM size and Prothane who I figure to use (though I'm open to suggestions, I don't track and these sound hard and harsh), lists all kinds of sizes for my car. I'll crawl under and get a measure but just in case someone has this info at hand, thanks in advance!!
23.6mm
26 mm
30 mm
38 mm (they indicate this is for front)
19 mm (indicate for rear)
26 mm (rear)

I replaced both my front and rear sway bars this past year. The C6 Z51 rear is a very nice improvement for road use. Part number 10339124 and the bushings are part number 15241135

If you can find a used C6 Z51 front bar and bushings they are also a great option. GM has discontinued production of this part. I went with the Hotchkis sport front sway bar and bushings, part number 2284F.

I only use my car for road and not track. I’m sure you will gets lots of feedback on what others have done. Good luck.

Thank you both, I remember saving that big DIM list years ago, thanks for helping me get that back in my library! 23mm/19mm for a stock C5 is correct, found Prothane on Amazon for about $30.00+ in stock for front and rear.

Received my front and rear Protech sway bar bushings today, hope to get them installed in the next couple days. It's been recommended that to avoid squeaks, they should be lubed or, wrap some plumbing tape around the bar under the bushing - that sounds like a good plan to me so, I'll clean the bar up well then wrap a layer of tape around it to extend a little past where the bushing goes on each end.

Front sway bar bushing very chewed up inside at 130k miles.

Wrestling that front bushing off the sway bar with a long screwdriver. Getting the new one in was definitely challenging, a tight fit. I greased it inside and out and finally succeeded.

Front bushing with clamp removed.
Got the rear bushings replaced, the first one if I include jacking up the car and just, prep, getting the right socket, finding my torque wrench, etc, maybe 90 minutes. The second one, 10 minutes and most of that time was spent wrapping the tape around the sway bar. The old ones look and 'feel' fine actually. They're still twisty and flexible but no chunks out, not looking beat up at all. I'm curious how the new hard poly bushings will change the feel of the car, if it's even noticeable to me.

C5 '03 old rear sway bar bushings, 130K miles. Look pretty good to me.
