Advanced
Had your problem and using your post as good advice, I bought the Echlin brand of Knock Sensors ($$) and new wire harness from NAPA. Now I have no DTC knock codes after I got everything back together. BTW--- Re-attaching that vacuum hose fitting on the back of the intake manifold was a real PIA. Ended up adding extra vacuum hose and a nipple fitting to get it connected. Priced at about double the Doorman and No-name brands, but worth my time in not taking the intake and fuel rails off again.
Jan 2024 Edit: Status update - NAPA Echlin knock sensors are still going strong even on our latest -3 degree start up morning. No error codes and still running strong for bone stock.

Sadly I encountered the same issue when doing my oil pressure sensor relocation.
My original harness fell apart so I got a new Dorman harness and Dorman sensors, Dorman sensors again, AC Delco Advanced Sensors, and Summit Racing AC Delco Sensors
GM seems to have them backordered for haven't tried theirs. The best of the sensors could get 0.07 volts of AC current and all tested fine for resistance.
Guess I'm going to try the NAPA harness and sensors and see if that handles it.
edit:
The Delphi DSK sensors are made in Mexico and on a bench test they wouldn't read over .24V of AC voltage and I was worried about my Vice.
I grabbed the NAPA ECH branded ones and tested as well. .39V has been the highest of the batches I have gotten. Sensors looked EXACTLY the same, but the bench test doesn't lie.
I just installed them and I'll also report back
Edit 2: Installed the NAPA sensors and NAPA harness that is exactly the same as Dorman's... 50 miles down today and no codes! Lots of high and low rpm. Bits of stop and go, and all checks have been passed on the scan tool. Seems it's fixed!

Great thread, getting ready to change out my KS & Harness
Curious if the above Napa Parts # DKS238SB & Harness # 730-6778 are the same for both the Z06 and my standard 2001 LS ( EDIT: The answer is YES, THEY ARE THE SAME)
Thanks in advance!

Followed the advice from all the great folks above
New Napa DKS238 Sensors and a brand New Harness, super easy to remove and replace, No issues and No codes!
Also replaced the Oil Sensor, Installed a OS Relocation Kit, replaced Manifold Gaskets, everything received a good cleaning, everything runs great, no leaks and after putting this off for way to long finally got my Oil Pressure back!
I wont lie it took me the better part of a full day, but I went real slow and cleaned every bolt/clip/hose that came off, she looks better than new!

Burning Brakes
Found this thread doing a search. I have also been having issues with my replacement Delco sensors/Dorman harness, the usual low circuit voltage code. I have an LS6 intake and valley cover upgrade planned, I will also replace the K/S and harness with NAPA parts. Thanks for all the info fellas!
