Default sometimes you feel like an idiot

I have marked almost everything so I know what goes where as I build my racecar. But for some reason I can't find what this 4 wire connector goes to that hangs off the bottom of the steering column. Anyone know what it goes to? I guess I'll keep searching.

What model year and what are the wire colors ??…if you can take a pic of the connector with the color wires that would be great.

Thank You C5 Diag!!! This column female plug had no place to plug in. Then I notice the PO had a CLB in the male end. Makes sense now.

Can you take a pic of your bypass? Sounds different.
