Default Who is your "go to" for wheel hub/bearings?

My newly acquired C5 is going to (and has) seen a mix of street use and HPDE. It apparently needs all 4 wheel hubs. Who is your go to? Won't get the cheap economy set from Rock Auto, but also would prefer not to break the bank. Plan to clean and repack after each track day.

One does not clean and repack a C5 hub. For track use I'd get the schwanky SKF racing hubs.

This is the only upgrade over stock that I'm aware of. Anything else will be the same or worse, the only stock replacement I'd even consider is SKF. What makes you think it needs all 4 hubs? If the car is that neglected what else is wrong with it?

Van Steel also has SKF heavy duty hubs with and without ARP studs.

Thanks. Not much experience (clearly) with tracking a C5. My experience with tracking is lesser cars where you can clean/repack.

If you plan on tracking it, definitely spend the coin for the beefed up SKFs. If not, regular SKFs.

I'm thinking of going with the SKFs up front and Moog in the rear.

Moog is JUNK. I wouldn't touch them.

This right here. Spend the money once and done, any other brand and you’ll replace them in short order for sure. And for the love of god, don’t buy Moog.

Another vote for the SKF. It is actually a newer technology bearing then the OE design. I was told from a very good source that LG Motorsports worked with SKF specifically to create a durable track-capable bearing for the C5/C6 Corvette.
