I use mobil synthetic grease on the sway bar bushings . It seems to last about 9 months, then it needs to be reapplied. Also check the end links they can be loose even if they dont move around. As for the top squeeks you can try to readjust the mounting pins to fit tighter against the wheather strips. this works for a while. But eventually they will start rattling again. Hope this helps, I know how anoying rattles can be.
