Kaboom is all i heard, hood popped up about 6 inches spray all over my windshield, smoke, grinding and something stuck up my car. coolant temp 260 buried. was racering hell satin ,cat, kitting rst or whatever the hell u call that car. Driving all morning and afternoon almost 100 degrees out. t coolant temp was steady 237 all morning with a/c on, from late morning outside temp was about 80ish As the day went on, like i said got around 100 a/c could not keep up so off came the targo, much better last time i looked at temp was 230 was falling ,put it out of my mine. then it happen. bright red car sped up to me and started messing with me, go time his car was definitely not stock i heard him catching up to me. he set the pace it was not in my power range i was trying get his attention for about 15 second i revving higher than usual to race but he ignored me so **** it. we did the 123 start his car instantly reved he was in his power range i wasn't he pulled 2 cars thats why he didn't budge on the pace, top of 2nd i started to gain ground ,but ran out of asphalt. Me meet at the next light i was gesturing hime to roll down his window. and gave him what the **** he finally rolled down We shut are cars off so we we can heard each other, said what the **** was that. U guys remember Green mile?? They said he died well they lied. I **** pant grabbed my 3 pepper spray bottles and prayed, so things settled down so i told him let's compromise on the pace we agreed. I never saw a car that had all tinted windows limo style, yes the front to. I was on the right side, god it was so dark in there i could barely see him because he was pretty dark himself . I could not see was has his big *** gold earring. Here we go 123 we raced to top of 3rd i was about 3 cars i front and he was not gaining Next he was pissed but but compliment on my car. He said one more. Didn't even check coolant temp.123 go time got a half car, BOOM HERE COMES THE BOOM IT WAS OVER. Parked the car on the side of road. . Looked back as i was walking away fluid pieces of dont know they were and didn't care. All u hatreds got what u wanted. Going outside to look at the damages. Already call juckyary for an engine.

ILL GIVE UPDATE. And yes i won a battle but he took the trophy. Racing is about the whole set up. stays together or not. And my heart rate just started to come down this morning. I would be on STREET OUTLAWS IF GRINDER 11 WOULD STOP DRINKING AND SPONSOR ME This is why i built this car. Not to sit in the garage but run it the way i build it. Like going to AC - don't gamble if you can't afford to lose it. No trophies or cash being given out at track day - I like to keep it conservative and be able to make the trip home. You SHOULD be an author though - I felt like I was there!

MY ******* RETIREMENT MONEY. Well, i already lost close to a half mill in the market , so before the market takes my last of my money, im taking it out. The wife is involved so having some issues trying to find out what happen. Might not be around here anymore might go a different plate form late 60's early 70 firebird. If this goes sideways with the wife ill be gone from the c5 cars or vets in general. Going to get back to the muscle cars. Never thought i would, but it will be alot easier on the wallet and i'm going to bring in Forced induction to whatever car i get. So for what i know u know. Don't count on any updates with the wife involved.Dont race and drive all the time and change ur oil more then 4 times in 20yrs. That might have helped.

Street racing is as big as it ever was, horsepower is infinitely more accessible now and there is more money than ever in it.
People are street racing 1,000+hp cars to over 200mph regularly now and cops are having trouble doing anything about people in factory stock 700+hp cars.
Even with help of Motorola, it takes backup time to meet you. By the time backup arrives the car is already through the next interchange and still gaining ground.

You, and everyone else,. including me, have no idea who you're sharing the road with. In my distant past, I was around some people that are truly scary. I can't go into details. But I will say, next time someone gives you the finger, or hollers an expletive at you, just look straight ahead, and get the Hell outta there! QUICKLY!! I could have a young Mike Tyson, and George Foreman in the car with me, and I'd STILL be scared.......
