275/40/18s on front
I fit the rear speedline 18x9.5 with 275/40/18 on the front and they are close to rubber the inner fenders. I know the newer corvettes run 19s but probably a 30 sidewall. So i guess ill try them to see if they will rub the inner fenders driving but i think eventually will have to go with 275/35/18s if 18x9.5" wheel or 275/40/17s if 17x9.5" wheel. Im waiting on oe replica to get some out of stock wheels in stock and just making sure whats the biggest tires that would fit up front before purchasing tires online.

Well im undecided if i should get the zr1 18x8.5" front wheels or 18x9.5" wheels simply because i found a good deal on a used set of mickey thompson street comp 275/35/18s which are perfect fit for front when using 9-11" rim. Has anyone used a 275/35/18 on a 18x8.5" rim im deciding whether to get the front satin black oe replica 18x8.5"/

HA! You clearly haven't seen anyone who autocrosses or tracks their C5. The "standard" wheel/tire setup for a relatively stock car is to run 18x10.5 Z06 rear wheels on all four corners with 315/30x18 tires. I've run this setup myself. Spec Corvette is now selling their own 18x11 wheels for use on all four corners. Depending on your ride height you should have no to minimal rub, and the contact point will be RIGHT where the inner fender meets the outer fender, and will only make contact under substantial suspension load.
All your proposed setups will be more than fine from a clearance perspective unless you plan to slam the car to the ground or something else radical with the suspension.
