Default Lowering The Vette?

My 97 vette has the ajustable ride control. I am looking at lowering it about an inch. I've heard that it can be done by removing a spacer or something?? Good? - Bad? - Instructions? - Thanks

I have a powerpoint presentation that shows how to do it if you want. E-mail me at superchargedvette@shaw.ca. Hotmail accounts will not work as the file is too big.

Here is a link that I got from the "tech tips" section:

https://www.corvetteforum.com/techti...D=27&TopicID=1

When I lowered mine I wasn't able to get the front as low as I wanted so I had to do this:
https://www.corvetteforum.com/techti...D=90&TopicID=1

And don't forget after you lower it drive the car for a few days or so to let the suspension settle and then get it aligned. Good luck

racer44, I sent you an email before I saw you uploaded it. You can disregard it. I got it now, thanks.

You need MS Powerpoint to open the file.

John, I just don't think you are meant to lower your car. I would guess you don't have Microsoft office on your computer? Bummer! All I can say is use the links that were posted and do it lower it according to their instructions. They are what I used.

I would like to get this power point presentation also, can someone contact me about it. I have the instructions on paper, but I would definitely prefer the slides.
