Default Help with coolant gauge

Hey guys,

Suddenly my coolant gauge is not working right. It briefly goes to the correct temp (181) and then pins itself. If I check the digital readout it shows xxx. A scan tool tells me that I am at 181 degrees. So I am not overheating or throwing any codes, just the gauge issue....Any ideas?

Glad to hear you resolved your problem. Regarding towing in the future, you will want it taken by flat-bed trailer rather than towed. You will want to check the truck operator to see if he/she has the ability to load a low vehicle onto the truck. It may take several boards or other ways to lift the front end as it is pulled onto the bed.
