My Cerra Stage II kit made it to the Vette Doctors yesterday.
Carmen,Dennis & Mike Cerra will be doing the conversion on my car from an ATI D-1SC supercharger over the next 2 weeks. Mike Cerra will be coming in next weekend to oversee the final tuning and install details.
This should give me the kind of TQ in the lower rpm ranges that the centrifigal can't w/o extreme boost in the upper rpm ranges.
The car already has 6.0L ARE heads and blower cam,Ling. fuel pump and will use 50lb inj., so w/ the reduced compression added fuel I'm planning on running the same 10lbs of boost as w/ the ATI.
I'm staying w/ the stock bottom end for now but we'll see how it goes.

I guess this means I not going to get a chance to beat the liven **** out of that ATI setup for ya. Best of luck I still say you need to get that Beast on to the track.

Those guy's are going to make you some megga power. Have them put the new output shafts in so we can put on the slicks and have some fun.

PS stroker in the works got a great crank for you if you plan on staying with the stock stroke.
I changed my mind and elected to go with more qubes.

Thanks Paul, that 422 your getting w/ the blower should be pretty outrageous. I'll keep that crank you have in mind, you never know. :D

Your are definitely, officially crazy!! You are building one sick vehicle :)! Carmen has been hinting about some of the stuff you and him have cooked up with Mike. I can't wait to see the type of power you will produce. That will be one sick Z06! I guess 550 RWHP wasn't enough;). I am sure you will not see any belt slippage on this set up :D!

It is great to see Cerra and The Vette Doctors working together. This is the type of collaboration that helps us all.

Maybe a single or double turbo and my 382 is in order this winter;),

I know Carmen has several Cerra setups in house. Is yours the single or twin Turbo? I heard he has atleast one of each and I heard a rumor one setup may actually feature a 422 with a twin turbo? Is that true? Have you seen it?

Unfortunately, these new monsters have forced my old biscut to the back burner. I guess I waited too long to make my winter reservations. :) That's OK, I'll wait to see the sick numbers you and they others produce with these setups and make my final off season upgrade selection.

Well John, I see you are as crazy as ever! I loved the car they way you had it when I drove it back in May. Then again, the big Apogees, custom subs and 6 Krells you owned weren't good enough for you either. Keep us informed on how the install goes. BTW, are you ever going to learn how to drive this beast you're building? :D
