Fixed my seat!
C3 is the black connector on the top of the SCM
Position A is on the bottom right of the connector
Closer shot
Scrounging pins
Priceless pin
My problem with my 2001 vert w/ sport seats was the driver seat. At first it failed to move in any direction but the lumbar and bolsters worked and the telescopic column didn’t work. If I got out of the seat all functions worked as well as the telescopic column. Sit on the seat...NADA..back to a failure. The problem finally went solid and I got the FSM and looked at the seat schematics. To probe the Seat Control Module I had to get access to it and when I did get it free I saw on orange wire at a weird angle to the black plug. Broken wire...Gotcha!
The broken wire was on the POS A of the SCM connector C3 which is circuit 1840, battery fused feed. Looking at the connector, POS A is on the right bottom. Getting a replacement pin isn’t an option where I live so I went scrounging and came up with a pigtail from my 74 Dodge truck side marker light and cut it open for the pin. A beer later it was spliced and soldered and the seat worked! Never throw out those old connectors!
Hope this might help someone.

Good job sir!!!
Many faults are sometimes an easy fix if you just take some time & inspect all the relevant parts.
Now why does my passenger seat tip forward form the top about 3 inches under heavy braking???
