Recognize this Part?
i have a 2004 C5 Z06. Dealer replaced power steering unit a few months ago, and looked like a sloppy job.
I found a loose part in the area near the power steering unit and was wondering if anyone had any idea of what it is?

The thingee goes around the silver 'thing' it is setting on in the last pic. There is one on each side of the radiator. Maybe something to do with holding something on
