Electrical...Electronic Proplem
2000 A4 50 K miles.
Start the car all dash lights come on all messages show up on the monitor gages don't work door locks E windows either, trunk etc.
Originally checked all grounds no corrosion 'car always stored in heated garage,
GM technician diagnosed the problem as the BCM.
It was replaced It did not resolve the problem.
Any suggestion would be appreciated.

So much for the abilities of a GM Technician. 
And because it is an electrical part you can't get your money back for the part or your money back for labor.
Probably should have come here first and saved yourself a lot of money......
Read the following thread and pay particular attention to the pictures of the Black 6 position connector located in the A pillar but accessed through the rubber accordion tube between the door edge and the A pillar:

The pins are made of a very soft material that easily deforms resulting incomplete electrical connections.
The serial data buss has a presence in that connector and it makes intermittent electrical contact due to the deformed pins in the connector. There is an identical connector on the passenger side. EITHER one or sometimes BOTH can be the cause of the problem. But because the drivers door is usually opened more than the passenger door I would start there. Constant pulling on the connectors may be the cause the issue. I have a zip tie around the two halves of the connector. Don't know if that will help or not but it can't hurt. The intermittent electrical contact causes electrical noise on the serial data buss (which every sensor in the car shares) and that drives the sensors crazy which generates lots of DTC's and crazy symptoms/messages.
The pins can be reshaped using a sharp pointed device or a dental pick.
BEFORE you go poking around that connector disconnect the battery negative cable. There are two always hot pins in that connector and failure to disconnect the battery can result in sparks and blown fuses causing additional problems.
And because it is an electrical part you can't get your money back for the part or your money back for labor.

Also,, If you read the DTCs you will see a bunch of "U" series DTCs if the serial data buss is having issues
