Default window regulator

passenger window started making some noise when operating and then it started binding and then it stopped moving at about 2/3 closed position.
Is this a common problem?? if anyone has any tips on installation I would appreciate

I have a 2004 with only 13K miles and I hardly ever use the passenger window

The window regulator is cable operated. More then likely the housing on one of the cables broke and the cable started fraying and now is bound up. I just finished replacing my drivers side for this same problem. It's not horrible hard to do. I'd mark where everything is as I took it apart. As that should get you close but you will probably still need to make adjustments.
