A4 will not go into Drive, but 1, 2, 3, and R work fine.

My auto trans 2004 C5 will not go into Drive. It will go into 1, 2, or 3, and Reverse, but not Drive. In Drive it just runs like it's in Neutral.

Any thoughts?

they have their share of cable issues (auto) ??????
