Default Best 1/4 Mile Track time with a stock car?

What are your best 1/4 mile times in your stock or lightly modded C5 or Z06?

Bone stock with 95+degree air, 125+ degree track temps and 85+% humidity. 2.35 60' 13.10 @ 111.68 mph. All done on stock RunFlats and etc... The car is untouched.

Bone Stock 2000 Coupe + 2-300lbs audio gear + first time at the track = 14.01@101.98

It was also pretty damn hot that day. Hoping I can get into the high 13s next time. I improved every run so I think alot had to do with the driver :D

12.73@108.9 However, the weather was as perfect as it could be! :D

Temp = 60 F
Humidty = 25%
Baro. = 30.3
Density Altitude = -160 Ft.

If I would have run in the weather we are having today, the times would have been 13.05@107.12. Our density altitude lately has been 2300-2800 ft. at the track!!!!

12.67 at 112. Only mods are Vortex cold air and PRT's (317 rwhp). I made three straight runs that night in the 12.6's. That was with a 2.01 60'.

Why is it that most of you guys are running in the 12's with your stock C5's not a Z06, but in the mag's they have the C5 run 13.3 or 13.5. This makes me mad :mad Why do mags do this?

It looks like the stock C5s are running in the low 13's, not the 12's. Changing the air cleaner system or anything else renders the car not "stock".

2001 coupe, 6-speed, stock: 13.26 @106
W/Halltech TRIC, 13.07 @ 107
W/Drag radials, 12.83 @ 111

In my 2000 A4 coupe, I ran a 13.1 bone stock.

I never ran the Z06 stock.

Technically, of course, you are correct. In my case the cold air and PRT"s picked up 15 rwhp, and I am still under some guys bone stock rwhp. All the correction tables indicate that my mods are worth no more than 1/10th and 1mph.

As far as why we are faster than the mags, they correct for temp and atmosphere, and they don't powershift. Also, the track conditions can make a difference.
