I'm starting this thread rather than "Hi-jack" on another thread. I had a brand new issue with my car stalling as I released the clutch to put the car in gear. The car idled fine, I just could not go anywhere. I did receive a couple of excellent suggestions of what it could be. But just on a hunch
I checked the fuses and they were fine, but I also cleaned the contacts on a few fuses like on the fuel pump fuse. After doing this my problem was solved. So the answer was poor contacts on the fuses.
