Is there any way to check how open the TB is when at WOT?
Unfortunately, since C5 throttles are wire controlled, is there any way to check how much the TB blade opens at WOT? I was thinking of just hooking a direct power source to the TB motor, but how much voltage does it take? Has anyone done anything like this before?
Thanks!

I think that if you just turn the car to the run position without starting it, you can just press the pedal and it will open and close it. Then just have someone look at it

Have you tried taking off the snout and looking at it while someone presses the gas pedal, key on, engine off?

Just brainstorming here...
You could hook a voltmeter across the throttle motor, and use that to measure the volts, while you check the TPS with autotap...
Just a semi-uneducated $.02 worth.

Put some heavy grease, White lead consistancy, on the throttle body next to the throttle plate close to the shaft. The plate will drag across the grease and show you exactly how far it opens.

Thanks guys. Great ideas. The simplest one sounds the best, I have not tried stepping on the gas with the key on the on position. That would be totally cool if it worked.
If it doesn't, I may just have to try some of the other methods. The grease one sounds like the next easiest one. Thanks!

Yes, stepping on the gas with the key in the on position works. I guess a couple people already knew that. Thanks!

Btw, if you hook up Autotap to the car, you can monitor the TPS (throttle position sensor) to see how open it is. As you already know, car does not need to be running to do this.
