It should be a 'C5 Computer tuning & diagnostics' section not made for a specific product. LS1-Edit, AutoTap, MAFT are the most common but keep it non-brand.

Topless, just leaving it in Drive, usually keep it hammered a little longer after the traps to try out the longer turn off at the end of the track. Always creates a lot more extra brake dust. I wonder why! :D
My son experimented a few times manual shifting, but since we have improved the auto shifitng, it does pretty good by itself.

You're forgetting about those (experienced) LT1-Edit users that are out there... The vacuum in the LS1 world is tuning experience. If your goal is to share the experience and wisdom of others, you would benefit by casting the net a little wider. (And yes, when you do that you get a little more noise along with signal. Lesson: Aim your net carefully.) It would be unfortunate if such a forum merely turned in an "open source" avenue for obtaining canned tuning.

I'm just asking if you trap in 2nd or 3rd (this relates to the whole WOT shift point tuning issue), not what position the gear selector is in. It's also worth noting you're running 3.15s for those paying attention to that shifting issue. ;)

It's barely in third when it goes across the line. I called my son and he said he has noticed that it just changes to 3rd. as he goes by the signs.
