I have picked up power from replacing wires before (not because the new ones were so great, but because the old ones were very old and measured much higher resistance).

If that were real then every single car forum on the internet would be blowing up about these magic wires and the company would be working 24/7 trying to keep up with all of the orders.

Well everyone's favorite GMPP wires are about 70 bucks and these are about 140 from Summit. So if I do wires I might just do these to try them out for 70 extra bucks. 70 bucks is really a drop in the bucket compared to what we spend on our cars, so maybe they are worth trying out.
I was always under the impression if spark is igniting the mixture then there are no gains to be had on the ignition side. Then it was explained to me by someone much smarter than myself, that the strength of the spark does have an effect on power.
So maybe the fact that they are 0 ohm helps with power, maybe its all marketing, who knows.
They state normal gains are about 5 hp on NA cars, most of us have spent more than 70 bucks chasing 5 hp, atleast I know I have.

You might get back the 5-10 hp you lost from having old worn out wires. I seriously doubt they make any difference. I just got my car tuned and Geoff from next performance was more concerned about my plugs and stat. Plug wires were never mentioned.

if you put such a "good" wire in there you are now discharging the coils a lot more each cycle. That means you need to augment the dwell time on the ECU for the coils to charge properly the next cycle.
Now... given this... who has the equipment to actually test this and come up with the correct dwell time needed? GM/Delphi.
This is why aftermarket ignitions are really not good for the LS family CoP. Stick with stock or as close to stock as possible.

I will give them the out that they didn't exactly specify what they replaced, so the claim might be possible and absolutely truthful, if I were stupid.
I would rather think it is an error, since this guy , when he was alive, put a jet helicopter engine in a Corvette. You drove it around town with only the brakes.
If you really want wire BS, check what the Hi fi guys buy. The way electrons travel is consistent , and is not effected by cool product looks or promotion.
As I understand it, the fuel on modern cars is so tightly controlled that you could have an electric welder inside the combustion chamber and it would do you no good, because there is no extra fuel available to burn. That is why corvette went with the new iridium plug tips that I can't spell. They don't conduct as well as the old plugs, but well enough to do the job. The problem they solved was durability and service intervals, not spark energy. I would also point out that when the spark plug specification was changed the wire specification was not.
In the hi fi world, you can pay many thousands of dollars a foot for wire if you have the bug. And some do, because the results are personal and subjective. A car nut , in the grip of the same unreasonable desire, can turn to a stop watch for finite answers. With audio, if you think it sounds better, case closed, regardless of the state of mind at the time the decision is made or any other facts.
As the guy once said , stupid is more powerful than genius, because genius has limits.

They made the ever so common flaw with their testing. They slapped the wires on and did a tune. The power came from the tune, not the wires. If they fine tuned the car, then changed the wires and re-tuned. There would be zero difference.

Not on a well maintained car. Maybe if its in bad need of a tune up, plugs and wires. Then again that wouldnt be a "gain", it would be restored power. Same company that sells junk mafs making the same claim. GMPP or in my case Taylor 8.5mm wires work just fine.
