Also, is this the first and ONLY time this has happened? I assume it is but, you don't say.
I have some thoughts on possible causes regarding crank/no-start issues.

OK, it just started recently, but now everyday? You crank the engine and it may/may not start at first, but usually starts on the second or maybe third try, correct? After it does start, the engine runs fine in all other conditions like cruising, idle, full throttle? No hesitation, stalling, etc?
If the answer to all those questions is yes, I suspect it is fuel system related; specifically fuel pressure related. It could be one of several things but there are a couple things that have shown up over the years that are more common than others.
I have an idea or two but should ask if you have a way to check engine fuel pressure? Have you done (or had done) any other work on the car recently?

First start of the day , she fires right up . After that she turns, sputters, and then start. By far the first start is a simple turn key. After that she turns, sputters , and finally starts. Headers where put on. After no hesitation what so ever . Injectors were cleaned.

Recently?
By you, or a shop?
Again, do you have the ability and tools to check your fuel pressure?
If not, and you had the work done at a shop, I would take it back to them and have them check the fuel system. Specifically, to check the fuel pressure and if that's flaky/abnormal, also check for one or more possible leaking fuel injectors, especially if you have noticed in the last couple days any raw fuel smell or black smoke coming from the tail pipes upon start-up or a big drop in your gas mileage.
