Default Engine light with power drop

On my first time out with the Vette after parked all winter. I had traveled for about half a hour with all gages running normal when the engine light came on and the emergency power reduction activated. I left the Vette sit for about an hour and then started the it. The gages remained nomal but the engine light stayed on. I dove home and had no issue but the engine light stayed and all gages were normal. I parked he car and checked for any issues but found nothing. When I started the car the engin light was out. Could it be the gas. I did have fuel stabilizer in it for the winter. Thanks for any help
