From several searches I have this PN for the hose adapter at the fuel rail side:

But what about at the "tank side" line adapter? I have a 2004 so the fuel filter is in the tank with only the line sticking out with the female fuel line fitting.

Well done mate , been trying to extend my oem hose a tad at the bulkhead .

I did get a quick push on to an -6 , just didn`t seem rock solid , it is now, drilled and tapped the sides and bolts make it impossible to come apart lol.

That second one is great I could just push my stock hose on that and then make up the difference with -6 an line .
