Sticking Clutch Pedal
Had the clutch upgrade done about 3 months ago on my 1999 C5 with 75,XXX. Every so often clutch sticks to the floor like it did before the clutch upgrade was done due to a leaking clutch slave. I went with a OEM ZO6 LS7 clutch kit and LS7 flywheel. Also the slave cylinder was the LS6 upgraded slave. Everything was changed except the clutch master cylinder. Could this be my problem for the pedal sticking to the floor sometimes?

New Master cylinder for sure! Might I suggest you get the OEM one or the Tick (which I have) but get the special order one that has pedal engagement feel close to stock. I don't remember the diameter but they'll know what you are talking about.

I believe the stock master is a 3/4" bore and the standard Tick uses a 7/8" bore Tilton. From what dagon138 is saying, it sounds like Tick can also do a 3/4" bore Tilton if you ask.
I agree that a new master cylinder should fix you up. If you look down by the pedals you may be able to see if yours is leaking fluid past the pushrod seal, dripping down the firewall into the carpet. That's how mine was.

Have you tried bleeding it first to see if that helps? Hopefully you installed a remote bleeder along with the replacement clutch to make this easier, I assume you're not loosing fluid...report back on what you find.

I would skip the tick master and just get a new Gm one.
