Default Tpms

The little tit on the air entry valve on right rear tire broke off so now I can not add air . Can I just raise the car screw out the damaged valve and screw in a new one without deprograming the TPMS unit ??

No need to raise the car, just remove (unscrew) the Schrader insert and put in a new one.
