I just recently got my 99 FRC running again after a transmission failure, While it was down only thing done was relocating the coilpacks which required me cutting the coilpack wires away from the injector wires. I looked over the wires and nothing seemed to be grounding out. I took it out yesterday and it popped the injector fuse bank 1 about 5 times within 30 minutes. Same thing happened 6 months ago and I just replaced the fuse and its been fine ever sense. So question is, if its not in the harness where else should I look for a short? Can in be in the fuel pump wiring harness?

Hello, couple of things to check;
Pull the codes from your car as the codes may indicate a mis-fire on a specific cylinder before the fuse pops, which will narrow down your search post your codes to this thread.
Perform a detailed visual inspection on the injector wire harness in the area posted in the photos on this thread http://forums.corvetteforum.com/c5-t...verything.html
