Default Service ABS TC and AH

I read alot of links on the Service abs tc and Active handling. Can I clear the codes to see if it goes away. What are my options. This happened years ago and I thought it went away on its own. Any help is appreciated

The codes I pulled were C1214 HC, U116OH, B2282 H, B2284H, B2258 H, U1064H, B2283H, B2285H and U1064H.

Most likely a parts store will not have the capability to clear those codes. If they have a scanner that can read ABS codes they might be able to clear the C code but forget about the B and U codes. The only way to clear them is to reset them one by one using the C5 DIC. Clearing any of those codes will not affect any emissions test as they have nothing to do with emissions.

The B codes are due to low voltage conditions in the door modules. Since you have issues in both doors that indicates the issue isn't specific to the doors alone and the C1214 code could be a symptom of the same problem. Same goes for the bunch of U codes seen. I would start by resetting of the codes and see what comes back. Then I would check the battery and its cables. Check both ends of the battery cables for poor connections caused by looseness, corrosion, dirt, etc. Correct any issues and see what happens.

Since there are now no new ones being made and nobody fixes the early ones, the only option is to try to find a used one. You could try Tabor corvette parts or corvette recyclier. They are getting very scarce from what I have heard. Good luck.
