Default Need advice on a lq9 short block please !!!!!!

Hey guys I have the opportunity to buy a lq9 short block arp bolts brand new in box and a comp 240/244 cam still in box with 799 heads with prc dual 650 lift springs and I'm getting it all for $850 my question is what's the best set up 408 or 427 everyone I talk to days 408. Also i will be aeeling heads and cam more than likely to do a set of 247 PRC heads from aaron at texas speed shop hes been awesome with answering alot of questions ive had by the way for those who need help like i do...Questions ...
1. Will my fast 92 setup work with that swap
2. What kind of machine work would I have to get done and what's a price I should expect to pay ??
3. Will I have a prob trying to get 515-550hp out of that set up ?

I plain on doing that 408 rotating assembly from Texas speed shop is the route I have in mind now what does every one think?

The set up I have in my 2002 corvette is a custom 229/235 comp cam headers 3600yankss,headers,fast 92,vararam ramait system, msd could and wires and 150No2 plated system ..

Shoot me your thoughts if that's a good route ???? Thanks for your time
