Default Cooling Fan Questions

My new to me 02 Vert was getting warm stopped in traffic (225+) and the A/C got warm also. After I get moving things drop back around 190. I ended up finding a plastic trash bag wound up in the right side cooling fan which took some time to remove. The problems till persisted and I found a bad 30 amp fuse which I replaced for the cooling fan. The fan still does not seem to work. I did a search and found information about a common failure of a wire connector but have been unable to locate that connector on my car. Any ideas on what to check next would be appreciated.
Car I get a circuit diagram without buying a service manual?

Try this: Raise the hood and start the car. Turn on the A/C. Both fans should come on. If the one you removed the bag from does not work, it may be burned out. If both fans work, look to the coolant level and dirt/bugs/debris in the radiator.

Thanks for the input. I just did that test on with the A/C on only the left side fan is running so I now have an idea where to look. Is the right fan #1 or #2?

1 = left

If the left is running at high speed before reaching 236*F then the right one is likely still bound up so it doesn't want to rotate.

Took the vehicle out for another test. Engine still gets warm in traffic and climbs to over 225. Then after being warmed up I turned on the A/C and determined the right side fan was turning. While standing in traffic the temp drops with the A/C on. I'm still concerned that the temp gets over 225 while standing. Is this normal? It's 80 ourside today

At something like >178*F the fans should come on low speed with the AC on. Otherwise, the fans don't turn on low speed until 226*F.
