If I replace BCM, will I lose my tune?

Default If I replace BCM, will I lose my tune?
Car has heads/cam/tune. If I have the dealer replace the BCM, I know they will have to reprogram the new BCM with the PCM. Question is, will they reflash the PCM with the stock tune therefore losing my custom tune?

They should only flash the bcm with the original RPO codes. Nothing should be done to the PCM. Your tune will remain the same.
