Default Passenger AC Vent removal

Anyone know of an easy way to remove the passenger side AC vent? Mine has a broken link & doesn't move all of the control vanes side to side, not sure if I can repair the plastic or have to replace the whole vent cover. Just hoping its not a dash pad removal procedure.

TIA

You might be able to pull the glove box and lower trim panel off to get to the vent screws, but be prepared to pull the rest of the dash out if you can't reach.

Really not that bad of a job.
