The window wont roll down using either set of buttons, but if I open the door to a certain point it works. And then as soon as the door is closed again it stops working.

Im guessing a loose connection somewhere where does the wiring go that goes into the car? obviously I know where its going in the door frame but which direction do you guys think it could be in?

Take the rubber boot off and see what condition the wires are in.

That's my 1st step when I get back home. Hoping to see more replies so I can possibly figure out issue fast

What you have found soo far, is half the battle. Now that you know the operation is affected by the angle the door is open, you know it's the wiring/connectors.
