I'm very interested in the dual disc, I want to be sure it will release with stock hyd. Do they publish the slave travel distance for full release?

My deal has the inspection cover right & I can crudely measure the distance.

Hi Dale,
I have not measured travel distance, but we always use stock hydraulics here without an issue.

bone stock right now, but thinking heads/cam/headers or supercharger/headers in the future. do you think mantic street with er2 will fit my needs? do these come with the slave like the 9000 kit? so many clutches out there its really hard to decide on which one is best for my needs. i do know one thing, i cannot have any chatter, that will drive me crazy. i saw the vid with the twin disk 9000 clutch, wow that is one tough piece! most likely overkill for my car though.

The ER2 single will work great for your present and future needs, it does not come with a slave though, just a throw out bearing. We can add anything you like to your order though, like a bleeder kit, clutch stop, slave, or pilot bearing.

I've been seriously considering your twin disc for a winter upgrade, the pedal pressure of my current twin disc isn't acceptable. My concern that has just surfaced while re tuning my new combination is driving manners under 2200rpm. I'm told my L/W clutch combined with the 10* overlap cam is the issue. I'm trying to confirm the combined clutch & flywheel weight of the Mantic twin & the range has been 39-49lbs, my current twin disc website suggest 36lbs.

awesome thank you! the stock clutch is holding on for now (just barely) and where i live i only have another month of decent driving weather (its just a weekend driver), so i'm babying the clutch till i park it in the fall. the Vette goes into storage from nov.1st till april 30th. and i think that a clutch upgrade will be just the ticket for a late winter project. would love to have one of your supercharger kits too (gotta save up) but one thing at a time. thanks again for the help.

The Mantic 9000 twin assembly is 35.6 lbs. The single is 49.6 lbs.

Hope that helps.
