Default 1999 abs service light stays on

when going through the codes C1243 C AND H involved.
stalled pump motor issue. does anyone know a DIY solution? car has 61000 miles and codes remain after reseting etc.
what can i do to repair, check etc? thanks.

Use the search function in here. There's a detailed writeup on accessing the BPMV and manually powering the electric motor inside of it, to excercise it. Another item here is battery voltage on startup. If the battery drops too low, the BPMV will not be able to turn over on start which it needs to do, therefore the code will set.
