Not only is it confusing to try to read without punctuation, it's not true. Not everyone (in fact, most) do not have the HUD problem. And second, there are pictures and detailed explanations on how to fix. Here's one of many found by just using the search function on this forum. The first tells you how to get the dash apart, the second, how to fix.

Default HUD repair

Hey guys, I really like the DIY on the HUD, but.... A few years ago, I had the HUD problem, and found a place in Orlando, Fl that fixed it for me pretty cheap. I now have a friend who has the problem on his 03, and he doesn't trust me to take his HUD apart and try to fix it myself. Does anyone have the name and address of the place in Orlando? I can't find it

So, if I understand correctly. You had a HUD issue, and took it to a shop in Orlando. Now you are soliciting the forum, to find out what shop you went to?

Soliciting this forum? I was just trying to find out the name of the shop, if anyone knows. I found it on one of the forums, and sent it off to them and they had a repaired one back to me in just a few days. Is that an improper question to ask on this forum? Geez!
