Default Synthetic Dex III

Who makes a synthetic Dex III suitable for the MN6 tranny? I'm looking for something locally bought, not Redline or Amsoil.

Castrol?

Mobil 1 makes a good synthetic auto trans fluid; I have used it in a C4 and a C5. :yesnod: :)

I run the Mobil 1 synthetic ATF in my racecar. Good stuff. I plan on switching the Vette over this summer. :chevy

Couldn't find Mobil 1 synthetic DexIII so I went with Catsrol full synthetic. 4.99/Qt. It only took about 3.75 qts as apposed to the 4.1 called for in the manual.

3.75 is all that it will hold. Since the drain plug is on the side in the back, I figure that is where the extra comes in. If you removed the transmission and drained it, I bet you could get the 4.1 back in. Just my quess.
