Default help needed with hotchkis adjustable endlinks

hello everyone,

i bought a set of used hotckiss adjustable endlinks to replace the plastic ones on my 99, and when i try to screw the nut on the bolt it only goes in a quarter of an inch and stops. what is going on? are the nuts one time use?

Sounds like you need to run a thread chaser down the bolt or a tap through the nut.
