Default I need help with my next upgrade

Hello all:
It's been a long time since i been back here. I been reading up on a lot of experienced people and their upgrades. This is what i have so for:
K&N free intake, Z06 intake manifold, kooks long tube heades (3") and the free flow cats plus x pipe, 160 therm, borla stingers, center force cluch, dyno tune. I would like opinions on next upgrades as far as heads and cams and what size.
I have a 2000 coupe.
Thank you all in advance!

try http://www.airflowresearch.com/ they have it all if your looking to do yourself. or find a good shop around you and run that question buy them, there are soooo many different setups for the LS motor it all depends on what u want ie. mild idle with 500ish HP or a lil wild with lil more HP.
