Hey Guys,
Lots of threads here on "BSM" removal....it's a never ending controversy on what looks best, ON or OFF.... They are removed using about 20lb fishing line/ pair of gloves/ hair dryer. Heat slightly, use the line and slowly "saw" it off. 3M or other goop products to remove tape residue. Do the short front piece first, to see if you have any paint fade or repaint....Good Luck

they're referred to on the forum as BSMs or Body Side Molding. do a search on that and you'll find tons of info. usually its a pretty simple process but on occasions owners have found paint problems. so do the small piece first just to make sure. if the paint underneath looks good remove the rest.
I still have mine but I'm thinking about taking them off. I think the cars look better without them also.

Heat um up and pull um off--any paint fade--grab a can of close-match and spray--get some curb finders, mud flaps and a roof rack-your all set for the next car show-
