Sound and weight. I over the last 9 years I've gone from the A&A mod to Borlas and to the Ti's. It's my daily driver and the Ti's work best for me sound wise.

They are a quiet exhaust, and do sound a bit different than a stocker, so, if that's what you're after, go for it. However, if you are after an aggressive sound, look elsewhere, IMHO. Best thing you can do is listen to a bunch of different catbacks, in person, and with and without headers, in case you decide to go that route in the future, then make your choice.

Mine 2000's looked just like the ones pictured above. I found these for $4o bucks on Craigslist A bit louder under wot, much lighter, and nicer looking.

As others have said, the Ti exhaust is lighter, less restrictive, and sounds better.
