Ive seen this twin pump set up in person, and I have lonnie's set up in my car.

Had i not ordered lonnie's set up about a month before this was being developed, i would have gone with this one in a heart beat. Lonnies work. It is great; however, this thing is just bling bling.

Design question..... I am quickly wrapping up the plug and play power relay box for this unit. How many of you would be interested in the option of having the second pump kick on at a set RPM?

I have to reciprocate this. Lonnies is a proven performer which is why I went there in the first place.

I was actually offered the chance to purchase one of the first pieces a few weeks ago but declined due to my wanting my lines to stay stock looking, I.E. no -AN hoses coming to the front. Keeping the sleeper factor. If I was going with a parallel -AN system, I would have bought this hands down because it really looks like a quality piece that's well thought out and designed quite nicely. The -AN hookups on the new bucket just really put this one over the top IMO. VERY nicely done!

Due to the wide variety of supercharging options KB, Maggie, Turbo, Nitrous, etc and where there power bands kick in and out of especially I would think that a boost level hoobs switch would be more relevant, unless the car is only a drag car.

Having two pumps on all of the time will heat the fuel up. BTW, when will you have the system ready as I will need one for my 2001.

Thanks.

I didn't read through this entire thread. But just as a vote of confidence, I have a twin Walbro in-tank setup similar to "Lonnies" on my 760HP/960TQ Syclone and it works like a charm. It's also infinitely quieter than an external pump. Cheers.

I believe that the other units are all modified stock units, and roughly all cost the same by the time it's all said and done.

This unit is so easy to install, we made a video.

Thanks!

We're working out the details now. Are there a lot of folks that would be in for a complete kit including the billet hanger?

Thanks!

Has any one tested this for 1000rwhp ? I am running out of fuel, dropping pressure with two larger bosch 420lph pumps.

Please PM me your setup and we can see what's what. 2 intank pumps would be at the ragged adge at an honest 1000rwhp, but there are ways around it.

Thanks!

Thank you for the heads up on the varied bolt size. We have a solution that will not delay the shipment of the hangers.

Just a note to everyone out there. I know there is a common theory that running multiple pumps and pushing extra fuel around will cause problems due to the fuel heating. For a few years now we have been using triple pumps in Vipers and quad pumps in supras. We have even gone to the extent of probing the fuel temp in these setups. We have never experienced any issues with fuel heating.

We should have the full system ready before Christmas.

What? Wheres the corvette tax? Great system. I might upgrade mine based on this. I have to echo a previous post saying you should put a boost referenced switch to kick in the second pump. IMO 90+% of the C5's that will be using something like this will be FI cars.
