Default Built 4L60E leaking.

I have a fully done trans in my C5 that was fresh about 200 miles ago.It was done by one of the top shops in the buisness.I noticed it was leaking right from the beginning.I checked for the leak and couldn't find it.Cooler lines are dry and fluid seems to be mostly on the passenger side were the over flow tube is hanging. It seems to be coming out of the over flow so I though maybe I had put too much fluid in.It kept leaking so I thought I would check the level and it needed about 3 litres to top up.Even if I don't floor the car it still leaks.Anyone have any ideas?
Thanks.
